Balanced Line Tuner

This is an old balanced line antenna tuner that I am borrowing from W4AXL, Dave Cisco.
According to W4AXL, this tuner was made by Dick James, W4DQU in Birmingham back in the 50's or 60's. This we think was a popular QST design, but uses no Balun. It does a super fine job with my "W4RNL Big Loop".
